I believe we are all doing the very best we know how to do, and that people come to therapy to learn new ways, ways that help make their lives and relationships work better. It is my job, as well as my passion and my honor, to support people that are in pain and confusion to learn a better way. I am here to serve as a mirror and a guide so that you can find who you really are and how to more fully express that.
I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 29699) since 1997 and practicing in a variety of settings ever since (private practice, non-profit and County agencies). I work with individuals and couples from adolescence through all stages of adulthood.
Recognizing that as well as being physical and mental beings, we are also spiritual beings having a human experience, I became additionally licensed as a spiritual counselor in 2010 through the Centers for Spiritual Living. My work with clients is with the whole person. Embracing who we are, and who we are not, frees us to become the highest, most expansive, version of ourselves.
